Shipping and Supply

We ship worldwide and accept payments from clients all over the world.
Orders ship within 1-7 business days. 

Standard domestic shipment (To Israel) via HFD shipment, including tracking number, takes up to 4 business days to your doorstep.

Standard international Shipment via ECO Post, including a tracking number, takes 14 to 30 business days.

Express shipping may be produced on demand, with an extra charge varying weight and destination. Please contact us to arrange such delivery.

Please make sure you fill your accurate shipping details, to prevent mistakes.

Shipping process starts only after payment confirmation from the credit company.

In any case of delayed delivery, please contact us to retrieve the tracking number.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs

 

משלוחים ואספקה

אנו שולחים לכל העולם ומקבלים תשלום מלקוחות בכל העולם.

משלוחים יוצאים לאספקה תוך 1-7 ימי עסקים.

משלוח מקומי (בתוך ישראל) דרך חברת שילוח HFD עד בית הלקוח, עד 4 ימי עסקים מרגע המשלוח ובאחריות חברת המשלוחים.

משלוח בינלאומי דרך אקו פוסט ודואר ישראל, בין 14 ל-30 ימי עסקים. משלוח בינלאומי יסופק עם מספר מעקב.

ניתן ליצור קשר לצורך משלוח אקספרס / מהיר, בעלות נוספת שתחושב לפי משקל החבילה ויעד המשלוח.

נא לשים לב שכל פרטי המשלוח נכונים ועדכניים, למשלוח תקין ומהיר.

משלוח יוצא לאספקה רק לאחר קבלת אישור תשלום מחברת האשראי.

בכל מקרה של אי הגעת החבילה, נא ליצור איתנו קשר לצורך אספקת מספר מעקב ואיתור החבילה.

נציין כי הלקוח אחראי לכל תוספת מסי יבוא או מכסים שהושתו על החבילה. איננו אחראים לעיכובים שיגרמו עקב המכס.
