Cancellations and Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with our products. If for some reason you are not pleased with the purchase, please contact us at thexloverstarot@gmail.com with your purchase details, and we will arrange a refund / exchange and a return.
Returns and cancellations available only 14 days after receiving, while the product is unused and in its original package.

Refund or exchange only after item is returned and examined by us.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

אנו מקווים שאתם מרוצים מהמוצרים שרכשתם בחנות שלנו. אם מסיבה כלשהי אינכם מרוצים מהרכישה, אנא צרו קשר אתנו בכתובת המייל thexloverstarot@gmail.com עם פרטי ההזמנה המלאים שלכם לתיאום החזרה.

החזרת מוצר וביטולים ניתנים לביצוע עד 14 יום אחרי קבלתכם את המוצר, ובתנאי שהוא במצבו המקורי ובאריזתו המקורית ולא נעשה בו כל שימוש.

לאחר קבלת המוצר ובחינתו אצלנו תקבלו החזר כספי מלא.

אין החזר כספי עבור דמי משלוח.
